Summary:
|
|
The Atlas theatre was built in 1938 as a movie theatre with adjoining shops.   It closed in 1976. The atlas complex was purchased in 2002 by the Atlas Performing Arts Center.   This renovation included the installation of a chilled water system and a rooftop air handler containing a chilled water coil and electric heat. This job was recognized as one of the top projects in the Eastern Seaboard by Real Estate and Construction Makers
