     Health Coverage
- Available after 90 days of employment
- Company pays $36.50 per pay period toward the employee’s monthly premium

     Employee Referral Program
- Available to all regular employees
- Employees who refer other employees to the company will earn the following bonuses:
- When referred employee makes six months with company, they will receive a $400 bonus
- When referred employee makes twelve months with company, they receive a $200 bonus

     Project Managers/Foremen
- Available to those running projects
- After project is completed a bonus of 1% of the Contract Cost –vs- Actual Cost difference is awarded

     Apprenticeship Program
- Available to all employees with approval of their division manager
- Typically a four year program with fixed and guaranteed raises for every completed year

     Service Technicians
- All technicians receive a 5% of total profit for contracts that have 50% or better gross margin
