     Employee Referral Program

• Available to all regular employees
• Employees who refer other employees to the company will earn the following bonuses:
1. When referred employee makes six months with company, they will receive a $400 bonus
2. When referred employee makes twelve months with company, they receive a $200 bonus

     Project Managers/Foremen

• Available to those running projects
• After project is completed a bonus of 1% of the Contract Cost –vs- Actual Cost difference is awarded

     Apprenticeship Program

• Available to all employees with approval of their division manager
• Typically a four year program with fixed and guaranteed raises for every completed year

     Service Technicians

• All technicians receive a 5% of total profit for contracts that have 50% or better gross margin
