- Gang bathroom renovations as well as drinking fountain & chillers (est. 300 fixtures)
- Historical bathroom required fixture reuse
- Fuel line to day tank renovation for new generators
- Installation of new generator piping
- Installation of 24 GRAC Units for Data Center with associated piping
- Kitchen renovation
- Complete HVAC overhaul including all ductwork
- Complete glycol charged system
- Removal of existing generator and radiator piping as well as associated hazardous materials
- New variable air volume units (150/flr. - 3 flrs.)
